Bridgette Williams is the first female and first African-American to lead the 68-year-old Heavy Contractors of Greater Kansas City. She is among the first in the country to head a major contractor’s association.Executive Director/CEO with experience in construction, non-profit, Negotiations, Budgeting, Event Planning, and Government. Her experience includes overseeing multiple budgets. and projects exceeding billions of dollars. Strong community relationships and social services experience. Well versed in dealing with employee morale. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and skilled in cross-departmental leadership, coaching, and working with multiple boards. Strong classroom experience as well as experience in working with media and multiple financials and budgets. EMBA from Rockhurst University.
